Monday, November 24
7:00 PM Beach Club dinner with Chef’s Mexican Specials
The regular à la carte menu will be complemented by a selection of inspired Mexican dishes, paired with wines from El Valle de Guadalupe. Highlights include Black aguachile with kampachi and cucumber salad; Mini tlayuda with braised oxtail, spicy black beans, radish, fresco cheese, and salsa verde; Guajillo duck confit tamal with mole sauce; and Pork carnitas tlacloyo with pinto bean purée, avocado, sour cream, and guaje chili salsa.

7:00 PM A la carte dinner with Gonzo’s Specials at Beach Club
Enjoy the Beach Club’s regular dinner menu, complemented by Chef Gonzo’s seasonal creations and paired with Italian wines. Highlights include crispy short-rib dim sum with gochujang aioli, lemongrass centolla crab with risotto di zucca, and capellini alle vongole with little-neck clams.

7:00 PM Taco Night & Barbacoa Feast at Lucha Libre
An evening of bold flavors and lively entertainment. Savor an assortment of tacos and traditional Mexican barbacoa cooked in a pit, paired with tastings of Mexico’s finest spirits and artisan beers. The night comes alive with a special performance by a Mariachi Rock Band.
