Chef’s Table Experience
Friday, May 23rd
Chef’s Table Experience - Welcome Party at Beach Pavilion

7:30 PM Dinner
Join us at the Beach Pavilion for a relaxed, elegant evening with celebrated chefs Nancy Silverton, Hillary Sterling, Ludo Lefebvre, Jonathan Sawyer, Costa Palmas’ Chef Gonzalo Cerda, and Four Seasons Resort Executive Chef Paolo Della Corte. This casual luxury beach party invites members to mingle with the chefs while enjoying a beautifully designed open-air setting.
Savor canapés from Chefs Ludo, Jonathan, Nancy, and Hillary, followed by a fire-cooked seafood dinner by Chefs Gonzo and Paolo - featuring lobster, shrimp, clams, octopus, whole fish from the Sea of Cortés, and more. Complemented by a Baja beer station, tequila and mezcal bar, curated wine selection, and live entertainment.
Reservations are required. $250 USD + tax per adult (includes wines by Fontanafredda Winery). Complimentary for children under 12
Saturday, May 24th
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Lunch at Delphine
Grilled features on the beach by Chefs Ludo Lefebvre and Jonathan Sawyer, paired with rosé, champagne, and ocean views. Delphine’s regular à la carte menu will also be available. A DJ set will keep the energy flowing throughout the afternoon. Reservations are required. Menu offered at à la carte pricing.
7:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Dinner at Mozza
A special four-course dinner by Nancy Silverton and guest chef Hillary Sterling. The evening features a collaborative menu with alternating courses, highlighting each chef’s distinctive style and their shared passion for bold, seasonal flavors.
Reservations required. $250 USD + tax per adult (includes wines by Fontanafredda Winery). $125 USD per child under 12.
9:00 PM Chiki Night
DJ sets take over the night—different sounds, shifting moods. Stay out, dance, and let the evening unfold.
Sunday, May 25th
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Wine Tasting & Cheese Demo
Ease into the afternoon with a relaxed tasting led by Fontanafredda Winery. Chef Nancy will offer small bites and cheese pairings, sharing her inspiration and approach behind each selection. A casually elegant experience of wine, flavor, and conversation. Reservations are required.
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Chef’s Table Experience - Lunch at Delphine

12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Oysters & Champagne aboard the 104ft Double Eagle
Sail the Sea of Cortez under the Baja sun and enjoy the freshest oysters prepared by a guest chef specializing in this delicacy—paired perfectly with a glass of champagne.
Up to 25 guests.
Suggested for guests 18 and older. Reservations required. $100 USD per person, plus tax.
